The Oriental Residences & Condo Hotel is a multiple use two core building of sixty three (63) floors consisting of 98 units of luxury residences to one side, with two apartments per floor. Type A apartment of approximately 275m² and type B of approximately 228m² both facing the Pacific Ocean. The back core of the building facing the city and Costa del Este’s Business Park is a spectacular commercial tower designed to include 100 luxury condo hotel suites and 35 levels of corporate offices (approximately 17,277.96m²) with wonderful views of the city.

The concept was created by Pacific Developers and the architectural design was developed by PINZON LOZANO y Asociados, a well known Panamanian firm with several prominent developments located in the city and along the coast.
